Your account and use of the service

Sign in with your own Google account and keep access to that account secure. You are responsible for the content you submit, the Bots you configure, the external accounts you connect, and actions you authorize. Use Supernala lawfully and do not interfere with other users or the service.

AI Bots and your content

Bots can generate inaccurate or incomplete information. Review their responses and proposed actions before relying on them, especially for important decisions. You retain your rights in content you submit and allow us and our service providers to process it as needed to provide the features you use. Do not submit content you lack permission to use.

For Google Workspace API user data, this permission is subject to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It does not authorize us or our AI service providers to use raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived Google data to create, train, or improve foundational or generalized AI or machine learning models. The Privacy Policy describes connected-account and AI processing.

Plans, usage, and connected services

Paid plans and optional usage allowances are described at the time of purchase. Availability, limits, pricing, and renewal terms can vary by plan and are shown before payment; signing in does not itself start a paid subscription. External Plugins and payment services may have their own terms and policies.

Availability and account changes

We may change or interrupt features for maintenance, security, or product development. We may restrict misuse or access that violates these terms. Account deactivation and deletion in Supernala are soft-deletion processes: they stop access and new work but do not promise immediate physical erasure of retained records. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
