How connection setup will work

  1. Sign in to Supernala

    Use your Supernala account and open Marketplace. Slack will appear there when the connection is available.

  2. Choose your Slack workspace

    Start Connect from the Slack Plugin, choose the workspace in Slack, and review the requested permissions. Your workspace may require an administrator’s approval.

  3. Authorize your Agent

    After returning to Supernala, check the connected identity and choose which Agent can use it. Start a conversation in Supernala with that Agent.

The planned connection uses your Slack authorization and the access your account has in the selected workspace. Review the consent screen before approving. You can revoke app access in Slack; contact us if you need help disconnecting from Supernala.

You will interact with your Agents in Supernala. A bot that joins Slack channels or responds to Slack messages is not currently available.
